When you use our AI project scoper tool, we collect the information you provide directly: your email address and project details such as project type, estimated timeline, and budget range. This information is submitted voluntarily through our scoper form.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Our site uses only essential session cookies required for authentication and basic functionality. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• To generate and send your AI-powered project assessment report via email.
• To follow up on project inquiries when you have expressed interest in working with us.
• To improve the accuracy and usefulness of our scoper tool based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate our platform. Each has their own privacy practices:

• Vercel -- Hosts our website and handles server-side rendering. Vercel may collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type). See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase -- Stores user accounts and project data in a secure PostgreSQL database. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Resend -- Delivers transactional emails such as project assessment reports. Resend processes your email address solely to deliver messages on our behalf. See Resend's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain your project data and email address for as long as needed to provide our services and follow up on your inquiry, typically no longer than 12 months after your last interaction with us. After that period, your data is deleted from our active systems.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below). We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format.
